Brillify Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern your access to and use of the Brillify Member Portal ("Portal"). By accessing the Portal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Brillify reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Updates will be posted on the Portal, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Portal.

2. Definitions

  • Brillify – Refers to Brillify, the provider of high-touch assistant services for professionals.

  • Client – A real estate professional, entrepreneur, or business entity that engages Brillify's assistant services.

  • Brillify Assistant – A highly trained professional who provides executive support, AI-powered workflow optimization, and business operations management.

  • Portal – The online platform where clients can track assistant performance, manage requests, and access relevant data.

  • User Content – Any data, requests, or materials uploaded by the client for use within the Portal.

  • Brillify Technology – Proprietary AI-driven tools, workflow automations, and operational methodologies utilized by Brillify Assistants.

3. Services Provided

Brillify provides high-touch assistant services that integrate AI-powered tools to streamline business operations. Our assistants offer:

  • Executive & Business Support – Inbox management, scheduling, communication, and workflow automation.

  • Lead Generation & Marketing – AI-driven lead scoring, social media execution, and customer engagement.

  • Transaction Coordination – Document tracking, compliance management, and market analytics.

  • Brand & Reputation Management – Digital presence monitoring, PR strategy, and review handling.

Access to these services is managed through the Brillify Member Portal, where clients can communicate with their assistant, review completed tasks, and submit requests.

4. Changes to the Portal

Brillify may update, enhance, or discontinue certain Portal features at any time. Clients will receive notifications regarding significant changes. Brillify is not responsible for downtime or disruptions due to updates, maintenance, or third-party service failures.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Portal, you agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Provide clear and lawful instructions to your assistant.

  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding data privacy and security.

  • Use Brillify services solely for business-related tasks (e.g., real estate operations, executive assistance).

Brillify strictly prohibits:

  • The use of its assistants or AI tools for illegal, unethical, or deceptive activities.

  • Sharing your login credentials with unauthorized parties.

  • Uploading or transmitting harmful software, including viruses or malware.

6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Brillify retains all intellectual property rights over its workflows, AI-enhanced automation, and training methodologies. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Portal solely for managing their assistant services.

Clients must maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, including Brillify’s AI integrations, assistant workflows, and training content. Any attempt to replicate, resell, or distribute Brillify’s proprietary assistant model without written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Brillify is committed to providing the highest-quality assistant services but does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access to the Portal due to technical issues beyond our control.

  • AI-generated content to be error-free (e.g., property descriptions, marketing posts).

  • Business outcomes such as increased lead conversion or revenue growth.

Brillify shall not be liable for:

  • Client-side errors, including miscommunication or incorrect task instructions.

  • Third-party software failures, such as CRM outages affecting workflows.

  • Business losses, including lost deals, missed leads, or reputational damage.

Brillify's maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination of Services

Brillify reserves the right to suspend or terminate client access to the Portal under the following conditions:

  • Non-payment of services.

  • Misuse of the assistant services, including overloading with personal or unrelated tasks.

  • Violation of Brillify’s confidentiality policies or unauthorized distribution of proprietary workflows.

Clients may terminate services with a 30-day written notice. Any outstanding invoices must be settled before the termination takes effect.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

Brillify takes data security seriously. All user data is encrypted, and assistants undergo strict confidentiality training. However, clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with local data protection laws when storing customer information.

  • Using secure passwords and multi-factor authentication where applicable.

Brillify does not sell or share client data with third parties. However, anonymized usage patterns may be analyzed to improve assistant efficiency.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these T&Cs shall first be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts, where Brillify operates.
